CASE STUDY: STRATEGY
In need of new management for in store and online retail that will increase returns and allow the club to move focus elsewhere.
After researching the requirements of key stakeholders, we partnered the club with the manufacturer that best fitted their needs, Macron. This partnership offered quality kit that reflected the standing of the Club, at the right price.
We then augmented this by using our network to identify additional lines of clothing and merchandise to add to the store.
The result of our strategic overhaul was increased returns due to a larger range of quality products and happier supporters.
This relationship is still ongoing, with us responsible for club’s supply and retail strategic direction.
